Natural is beautiful!

If like me you are of celtic origin you know that fair skin needs extra care, my skin is also sensitive and reacts to heat, spicy food and after a glass of red wine I start to glow like Rudolf. After years of experimenting with moisturizer, even the most simple light moisturizer caused redness and a breakout, at last I have discovered the Avene range I use hydrance optimal light and my skin is clear comfortable and shine free. The only foundation I have ever been happy with is clinique even better or superfit is just as good. For sensitive skin a face mask of porridge oats soaked in hot water and applied to skin when cool, leaves skin really soft and comfortable and  takes the redness out it. I would also recommend wearing a sunscreen daily, simple factor 50 for the face is excellent. Would love to hear your tips for looking after fair skin.

Be proud of who you are, I know a fake tan is supposed to make us all look better but really most people just look orange and it always  looks fake ! Mrs Beckham has been spotted looking tangoed, now if she can’t get it right with her money and team of stylists how are the rest of us suppose too. Wether you have beautiful black skin, mocha or olive I think just making the most of your natural self is surely the most attractive .
